The name "Dukam" is a unique blend of the couple’s names Duane and Kamalita. This reflects the collaborative spirit and shared vision that drives the winery's success and the winery is a testament to the passion and dedication of the Cordner family.
The winery is located in Fyzabad, Trinidad, and produces homemade wines from local fruits such as mango, guava, and passion fruit.
The idea for the winery came from Kenneth Duane Cordner's passion for making wines, a skill he learned from his grandmother in Tobago.
